Creating a ‘seamless’ background for a web page.
1. Open Photoshop and create a new file 100X100 pixels with resolution: 72
2. Draw a design or just mix on some colors.
This is the smudge tool
3. Use the smudge tool to smooth if desired.
4. Go to FIlter > Other > Offset and make both
horizontal and vertical 50
Be sure wrap around is chosen.

5 Go to file and “SAVE FOR WEB”
It can now be used in a web page as a background graphic and will look seamless.
