The Greatest Dinosaur Expo

Makuhari is a large conference/convention center near Tokyo. Some of it's more "common" exhibitors are PC Expo and Mac Expo, but this summer, huge dinosaurs from Mongolia, Canada, the U.S. and around the world have moved in!

Dino Continent 2002, a dinosaur exhibit taking place in Japan July 27 - September 1. The show is sponsored by ASAHI Newspaper and NHK and is expected to draw 200,000 people, mostly families. The exhibit includes 12 animated dinosaurs, a large children's dig, and a T. rex skeleton replica.
