Spring: Life returns

With the arrival of the Spring season come graduation day in Japan. Inami Junior High students can be seen at their "farewell party." Then on to Graduation March 11th.

If there is baseball, it MUST be spring! The 81st annual high school tournament starts in Kobe's Hanshin Koshien Stadium.
Wladyslaw Miegon is the school patron of Gimnazjum #4. At the end of February there was a city wide competition and they WON in all catagories!
Every year International Theatre Days (starting 27 March) are celebrated at Gimnazjum #4. Here is a display of film/drama posters by students of Anna Lukasik.

Eight countries met in Gydania to continue the "International Dialogue Through Music."
Congratulations to GlobalVirtualClassroom [GVC] winners from Ein Ganim School and Percy Julian School. Both came in first in their divisions. Julian art classes make illustrations based on the Dewey Decimal System for the Library Media Center.
In collaboration with GlobalDreamers, Poland, India, Japan, and Julian participated in the Holocaust Remembrance.
Ryukoku University (Kyoto) in a project with Kurosawa Production Co., releases works and photos of directory Akira Kurosawa. They are here (in Japanese only - but you can still click and view images.)
After studying about Spain since winter, students finally were able to make their memorable trip to the country.
