The Three Javalinas

(The sentences put together into a story.)

Once upon a time, there were three little javelinas. Javelinas are cousins to the pig. One day they left to make their fortunes. When they came to a split in the road, each took a different path.When they came to a split in the road, each took a different path.

The first little javelina walked until he was caught in a wind storm. The first little javelina walked unitl he was caught in a wind storm. He fell into some tumbleweed and decided to build his house out of them.

The coyote was tired of eating mice and rabbits. When he smelled the javelina he was excited. The coyote hufed and puffed and blew his house in. In all the hullabaloo, the little javalina escaped.

The second little javeline wandered around until he found a Native American woman. The little javeline wandered around until he found a Native American Woman gathering saguaros sticks. Ha,u she said, hau which means yes.

The coyote found the house, and in his little javalina voice said, "Little javalina, please let me come in."The two little javelinas excaped into the desert.

The third javelina walked until she came to a beautiful tree with a green trunk. The third little javelina walked until she came to a beautiful Palo Verde tree. The javelinas saw a man selling adobe bricks made from mud and straw.

He used a magic trick to make himself skinny.

The javelinas heard the loudest sound ever, "yeow-oo-oo!" from the coyote. The javelinas looked out the window to see the coyote screaming and running with his tail on fire.

The javelinas laid down and wet to sleep, snoring loudly, "ZZZZZZZZ-ZZZZZZ."
