The Emperor's New Clothes
Westwood International School - Vizag, India

Once upon a time there was an Emperor who was very concerned about his dressing. Now two rogues who had heard of the king’s vanity decided to take advantage of it.

The tailors said that there have an extra method of weaving a cloth. The two rogues bowed before the emperor, and said we can weave a special cloth which is visible only to intelligent people.

The two rouges asked for the loom, silk and the golden threads.

The king said go and see how the work is proceeding. The stupid and unintelligent. The people have found out about this fabric. Nobody was willing to admit their stupidity.

The emperor become curious and he decided to meet the tailors. "We have almost completed our work", they declared.

It did not bother the king.
