The Three Little Pigs

Prep B - Ivanhoe East Primary School, Ivanhoe, Victoria, Australia

Once upon a time there were three little pigs. One day the mother pig sent her baby pigs into the world to make their fortune.

The three little pigs made houses. The first little pig's house was made of straw. A man gave the second little pig some sticks to make his house. The third little pig built his house out of bricks.

The wolf knocked on the pig's door. The wolf huffed and he puffed and he blew their houses down.

The little pigs quickly ran to the house made out of bricks. The little pigs hid inside the brick house.

The wolf knocked on the little pig's door. The little pig said, "You can't come in."

The next day the wolf came back. The wolf tricked the pigs. He said I know where there are some nice turnips. The little pigs picked the turnips before the wolf got there.

The wolf said he knew where to get some nice apples. The little pig climbed up the apple tree before the wolf got there.

The wolf told the little pig to go to the fair. The little pig got up at six o'clock in the morning. The little pig got to the fair early before the wolf. The little pig rolled home from the fair inside a barrel.

The little pigs were very smart. They lit a blazing fire under a pot.

The wolf climbed down the chimney. He jumped right into the boiling water. The wolf fell into the pot and the three little pigs lived happily ever after.
